A healthy lifestyle begins with balance. Daily exercise and proper nutrition are the keys to taking the steps necessary to achieving any goal. Focus on consistency instead of trying to go 110% everyday. Maximize results by developing goal-specifc strength training, cardio, and stretching routines.

 The benefits of stretching religiously improves blood flow efficiency, mobility, and decreases chances of injury. Static stretching should be done after a workout for about 10-15 minutes. Try the free stretching routine!

About

Health and fitness has been a passion of mine even before I truly understood the science behind it all. Seeing the full potential of a person by pushing the body and mind to the absolute limit is an achievement that cannot be matched. Life can be too difficult to catch up with sometimes. Exercise helps me clear my head and slow things down. The gym is the one place in the world I feel in complete control. I believe anyone can earn the same feeling with honest dedication.

 

Throughout the years I developed a healthy lifestyle that worked for me. I had my up and downs facing obstacles like knee surgery, weight gain, and handling the stress of a busy life. My struggles helped me grow into the character I am today. Once I earned my NSCA-CPT I started training at Fitness 19 in Algonquin to assist others in their struggles. I specialize in strength training and weight loss, but have worked with numerous clients on various goals.

 

Lifting weights isn't the only way to work out. I encourage people to find their own style of exercise. The most important step is establishing a healthy lifestyle by developing a higher quality of living that consistently works for you. That's where it all begins.

 

I help create, plan, and personalize programs for each client specific to their needs. My training is centered around motivation, direction, and progression. You cannot have one without the other. I am driven to be the assistance to push someone to their next goal.

"When I began training with Kyle, I was in the worst shape I have been during my lifetime. Years of college, grad school, and a busy job had left me with bad eating and working out habits. At 27 years old and 5’5, I was 254 pounds and had no idea where to start. From the first day working with Kyle, I knew that I was in good hands. Following our first session, I got sick into a nearby trashcan. Kyle stayed with me, cheering me on that I had gotten through the hardest part: the first step. After that day, Kyle worked to find the perfect balance of finding my limits and pushing my limits.
